“Found a hidden compartment in my grinder, not sure what to do with this” Edit: My first ever award, as far as I can remember. Thank you redditors for having a cheesy sense of humor. (permalink)

This is probably one of the most misinformed and ignorant responses to this entire issue. What you’re practically saying is that if I bought pieces of land in a country I can go and make my own country on it? As for the second point which you have made, which makes more sense, to stay in your land and fight the people who came to steal it, or to leave your land and then try to get it back later? Those allegations that are made that Arabic neighbors were the ones who called for the Palestinians to leave their country are not true. This is clear by the fact that most Palestinian villages have either been burnt and the people living inside them were killed, or they were outright stolen and the people living in them became refugees. The idea that the neighboring countries built settlements to prevent the Palestinians from coming over is just idiotic. Why would anyone go and build you “settlements” in an area that you already live in? Besides if this was the case, does that justify the stealing of those so called “settlements” that you have described. And either way, the neighboring countries were the ones to aid the Palestinians when their lands were stolen and they became refugees. So please when you’re trying to make your points, do bother yourself to actually read beyond what you are fed. (permalink)
